COVID-19

With the current pandemic of COVID-19, health, hygiene and safety are a priority. We ensure all people interacting with our clients are fully vaccinated, use appropriate hand washing techniques and use personal protective equipment such as face masks or gloves where required.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

All Disability Needs Australia provides all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all staff and contractors. We provide training in how to use the PPE provided and ensure PPE is correctly used to provide safety both for our clients and our team members. PPE can include face masks, gloves, face shields, and goggles as required.

TEAM QUALIFICATIONS AND CHECKS FOR YOUR SAFETY

Our team members and support workers go through a detailed verification and training process so you can be assured of your safety at all times. This includes:

  • Legitimate reference checks;
  • Police check;
  • VEVO check;
  • Working with Children Accreditation;
  • Minimum Cert III qualification to provide support;
  • NDIS Orientation;
  • Covid-19 Infection Training;
  • First Aid (including CPR) Certification;
  • Current Driver’s Licence and Passport; and
  • Registration Certificates and Insurance for Cars
